OUR BIG DAY
alisha & elliot
april 10, 2027 ✳︎ alta, utah
Nothing formal here — just a little skiing, a couple of “I do’s,” and a lot of dancing. The “main event” is our party at the P-Dog, starting around 5 PM. The rest of the day is up to you.
Join for any part of it, or all of it, whatever fits. All we care about is having a good time with our favorite people!
the details
Woohoo! It’s the party you’ve all been waiting for!
5–10 PM
There’s no set schedule for the evening, so come when ya want and stay however long ya want.

Your first drink’s on us! Otherwise, cash bar (sorry, folks). Fortunately P-Dog prices are pretty reasonable.

Funky. Fancy. Fun. More cocktail and dressy-casual than formal. Think: 1970s vibes — like après at the disco. Having fun with your fit is strongly encouraged!

ALTA, UTAH
✳︎
APRIL 10, 2027 ✳︎ ALTA, UTAH ✳︎
We’ll be making a day of it at Alta — feel free to join us at any point, but know it’s all totally optional. Yes, even our ceremony!
welcome tailgate
~9 AM
WILDCAT PARKING LOT
Kick things off with us in Alta Ski Resort’s Wildcat parking lot (see map below). We’ll be cooking up breakfast and pouring mimosas. Come and go as you please! (Don’t let us hold you back from getting some runs in.)
And good news: no parking reservations or fees needed for this time of year!
skiing
~11 AM–1:30 PM
ALTA SKI RESORT
Depending on when our tailgate wraps up, we’ll take some laps around Alta. Ski with us or explore the mountain at your own leisure!
Remember, Alta is a skiers-only resort. For snowboarders, Snowbird Resort is right down the road! Other options to spend the day: rent snowshoes at Alta, a snowshoe tour with Snowbird, or relax at The Cliff Spa — book a service or just grab a day pass (its heated rooftop hot tub and pool are worth it!).
ceremony
2 PM (be on Collins lift by 1:30 PM)
ON TOP OF HIGH BOY
We're saying “I do” at the top of High Boy — Alta's most legendary run, and one of its steepest. Hop on the Collins lift by 1:30, then take the High Traverse (aka the High T) to High Boy. Here’s a trail map to help (“Alf’s High Rustler” is High Boy).
We'll likely stick around for photos afterward, so you’re welcome to continue down to Slopeside and grab yourself an Alta Bomb. We'll see you there soon!
Please note: The High T is long, bumpy, sometimes rocky, with some side-stepping, and High Boy is expert terrain! Getting there is technical, and the only options for getting down are Black Diamonds.
There is no pressure to join us up there — and we mean that! It'll be a short, low-key exchange of vows, then ski down. Feel free to hang out at Slopeside and hold down some tables for the crew. We are looking into options for livestreaming it so you can watch from there, so stay tuned.
~3–4:30 PM
SLOPESIDE CAFE
alta bomb toast
It’s time for a proper toast — with an Alta Bomb, of course (that's a shot of espresso in a PBR, for the uninitiated). We’ll fill you in on correct bombing technique.
If it’s warm and sunny, we’ll be out on the patio. If it’s cold and/or storming, we’ll be inside. (It’s April, so it really could go either way.)
You can hang here until the party starts or take advantage of the window to change and freshen up for the main event.

The MAIN EVENT. You already got the lowdown here (and if you haven’t, scroll back up).
We are looking into shuttles to get people back down to SLC (afters??). We’ll keep you updated.
